This expansion of care to CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs makes it easier for patients with heart arrhythmias, like atrial fibrillation (AFib), to be diagnosed and treated close to home.

CHI St. Vincent named Forrest Whichard as vice president of operations for the CHI St. Vincent, which includes four hospitals and dozens of clinics throughout Arkansas. He will oversee perioperative, therapy, lab and imaging services and security, among other operational responsibilities.

CHI St. Vincent Morrilton has launched a partnership with Senior Life Solutions to better meet the unique needs of older adults over 65 who are struggling with symptoms of depression and anxiety often related to aging.

Dr. Elser is well established and known in the community, having served for three decades of division chief in general pediatrics for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. He was a professor of pediatrics at UAMS/ACH. His specialty is pediatric headache management. He has repeatedly been named by various publications as one of Arkansas’s best doctors.
