Once you have received your token number from the clinic, be sure to check your email for a Welcome to NextGen Patient Portal email. Be sure to add [email protected] to your safe sender list. Once you have received your email, click on the link to access the portal.
Enrollment in the Patient Portal is very important. The portal is a tool that allows patients to communicate with your physician, request and view your health record, view upcoming appointments, view statements and make payments. More features may be available in the future.
