CHI St. Vincent is able to offer Little Rock and the surrounding communities, the most advanced treatments in vascular surgery. Dr. Stephen Meadors, Vascular Surgeon, explains.

"I specialize in aneurysms of the aorta, aneurysms of any vessels that are in the brain or near the heart and also peripheral vascular disease which is a big disease burden in this state," Dr. Meadors said, "It's really exciting because there’s a lot of new technology out there that lets us treat patients in a way that would require open surgery in the past."

Dr. Meadors is well-versed in minimally invasive and traditional surgical techniques. He says that probably 60% of his practice is actually under fluoroscopy using wires and catheters applying stents, balloons and stent graphs.

"I like to think I’m the new generation of that, bringing the newest and best minimally invasive techniques to treat patients in the state of Arkansas," Dr. Meadors said.
