We all know sugary drinks aren't good for us, but did you know they can actually lead to cancer?

Dr. Joseph Beck, oncologist with CHI St. Vincent Oncology Clinic in Little Rock, talks about how consumption of sugary drinks and excess calories and promote cancers. "It's long been known that people that are obese or have too many calories on board, that acts for a promoter for many malignancies probably related to the overproduction of insulin," says Dr. Beck.
