Avocado and Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:
Serves: Makes 1 cup

1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and seed removed

½ cup of low-fat, plain yogurt

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

2 Tbsps lime juice

½ tsp sea salt, optional
Method:

Put all ingredients in a food processor and mix. Place in bowl and serve with vegetables. If you are a garlic lover, simply add a crushed clove.
