Summertime triple digit weather days are just around the corner and we want you to stay safe! Dr. George Hutchison, Emergency Room Director, offers advice for staying safe in extreme temperatures.
The number one tip for staying safe is to stay hydrated. Always keep a bottle of water with you, especially if you work outside. You should also take multiple breaks, wear light breathable clothing and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight during peak hours of heat.
Warning signs of heat exhaustion include:

Nausea/Vomiting
