Creamy Walnut Dressing
Use this dressing to dip your favorite cut of red meat such as beef or lamb.

Ingredients:

½ cup raw walnut pieces, soaked for 6-8 hours, rinsed and drained

¼ cup water

1 small clove garlic

1 large lemon, juiced

1 tsp EACH fresh oregano, rosemary & thyme

½ tsp sea salt

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Method

In a small food processor or blender, combine all ingredients except oil. Blend well.

While equipment is running, slowly add oil.

Refrigerate and serve chilled.
