CHI St Vincent Gastroenterology Clinic is committed to the delivery of quality care in a professional, caring and compassionate manner. In order to provide efficient care for all our patients we have established the following process:

• Our office will charge patients $50 for any office visit not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

• A scheduled procedure must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance or the patient will be charged $100.

CHI St Vincent physicians reserve the right to dismiss a patient based upon failure to show for a scheduled appointment or multiple cancellations.
